Return Policy

At Southern Shine Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read through our return policy below to ensure a smooth and easy return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
  • Condition of Items: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
  • Final Sale Items: Some items, such as sale or clearance items, jewelry, intimates, and swimsuits (if applicable), may be marked as “final sale” and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product page for details.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us at shopsouthernshine@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
  • Step 2: After approval, you will receive a return label (if applicable) and instructions on how to send back your item(s).
  • Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (or any other suitable packaging) and affix the return label to the package.

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for Size or Color: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees if they are wanting to exchange for a different size. Some sizes may be limited and may not be available.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a full refund or replacement and cover the return shipping costs..
