1. **Processing Time**
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please note that during peak times (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will keep you updated on any significant delays.
2. **Shipping Rates and Methods**
We offer a variety of shipping options to fit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping** (2-3 business days): will incur an additional fee at checkout
- International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
3. **Shipping Timeframes**
- Domestic Orders: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for international shipments. Customs and import duties may apply, and customers are responsible for paying these fees.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey. You can track your order on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. You will be notified if any items in your order are subject to shipping limitations.
6. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address. We are currently unable to split orders to ship to different locations.
7. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim or inquire about the delivery status. If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, contact our customer service team, and we will assist in tracking the package.
9. Customs and Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may be imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot control or predict these fees. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
